Co-founder & former CPTO
I co-founded Knowa and spent nearly a decade leading product, design and engineering for regulated businesses, including security, compliance and customer support. We brought AI search, meeting minutes and compliance extraction into customers’ day-to-day work.
During my tenure, the platform served more than 1,000 clients and 10,000 users. We shipped more than 50 governance and compliance modules.

At Anderson Global, a PE-backed corporate and professional advisory business, I assessed workflows across teams and prioritised AI opportunities by commercial value and delivery readiness.
An opportunity backlog, a sequenced roadmap and a detailed service-redesign brief gave leadership a practical starting point for investment and delivery.

Early product leadership
I led product direction and design across the early mobile and web apps, using prototypes to make a new addressing system understandable across languages and cultures.
I helped build the public APIs, wrote developer documentation and worked directly with developers on their integrations, feeding that experience back into the product.
